FormaVeloce Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not permitted on FormaVeloce.
They apply to all user-generated content and user activity, including usernames, display names, biographies, avatars, captured car photographs, car cards, showcases, public profile information, social activity, multiplayer activity, and reports.
These Guidelines form part of the FormaVeloce Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.
FormaVeloce has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Content that violates these Guidelines may be removed, and users responsible for serious or repeated violations may be suspended or permanently removed from FormaVeloce.
1. Purpose and Zero-Tolerance Policy
FormaVeloce is intended to be a safe car-spotting, collecting, racing, and social community.
Do not use FormaVeloce to harm, intimidate, exploit, deceive, or abuse other people.
Automated filtering and manual moderation are used to identify prohibited content and behavior.
Automated systems may make mistakes. Passing an automated filter does not mean content complies with these Guidelines.
2. Respect Other Users
You must not:
- threaten another person;
- harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate another person;
- repeatedly target someone who does not want to interact with you;
- use discriminatory or hateful abuse;
- encourage others to harass a user;
- retaliate against someone for reporting or blocking you;
- attempt to bypass another user's block;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- use targeted sexual or abusive profanity against another user.
Mild profanity is not necessarily treated the same as targeted abuse, but FormaVeloce's automated filters may reject some offensive words or phrases regardless of context.
3. Prohibited Content
Do not upload, display, submit, promote, or distribute content involving:
- child sexual abuse material;
- sexual exploitation of minors;
- pornography;
- sexually explicit content;
- sexual solicitation or exploitation;
- hate speech;
- discriminatory abuse against protected groups;
- credible threats;
- harassment or bullying;
- stalking;
- encouragement or glorification of serious violence;
- gore or graphic violence;
- terrorist or extremist propaganda or recruitment;
- encouragement of suicide or self-harm;
- illegal content;
- instructions or promotion intended to facilitate serious illegal conduct;
- doxxing;
- private personal information shared without permission;
- scams, fraud, or deceptive promotion;
- spam;
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement.
Serious violations may result in immediate permanent account removal.
Where legally required, serious illegal conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.
4. Profile Names, Biographies, and Avatars
Usernames, display names, biographies, and avatars must be appropriate for the FormaVeloce community.
Do not use profile content that:
- contains hateful or discriminatory slurs;
- sexually harasses another person;
- contains explicit sexual material;
- contains threats;
- impersonates another person or organization;
- promotes extremist organizations;
- exposes private personal information;
- is intended primarily to harass or humiliate someone;
- is fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
FormaVeloce uses prohibited-word and pattern filtering for usernames, display names, and biographies.
Profile avatars are processed through automated image-safety moderation.
Content may be rejected before publication or removed later if it violates these Guidelines.
5. Car Photographs and Showcase Cards
Car photographs are intended to represent legitimate real-world vehicle captures.
Do not submit:
- pornography or sexually explicit images;
- graphic violence or gore;
- hateful or extremist imagery;
- deliberately unrelated non-car photographs;
- intentionally fake or fraudulent captures;
- stolen photographs used to obtain fraudulent gameplay benefits;
- manipulated images intended to deceive FormaVeloce's identification or anti-cheat systems;
- replayed captures intended to bypass game restrictions;
- images deliberately designed to falsify a car's identity.
Captured car photographs are processed through automated image-safety moderation and car-validation systems before an accepted car card is created.
FormaVeloce may reject, remove, hide, or correct content that violates these Guidelines or results from fraud or classification error.
6. Safety, Privacy, and Lawful Photography
Never use FormaVeloce or take photographs while driving.
Do not:
- interfere with traffic;
- stop or position yourself dangerously to obtain a photograph;
- trespass;

When practical, avoid capturing:

- private addresses;
- private-property details;
- personal documents;

Use FormaVeloce's privacy brush where appropriate.

Fraudulent game results, cards, currency, or virtual items may be removed.
8. Reporting Violations
Use FormaVeloce's reporting features when you encounter potentially prohibited content or behavior.
Depending on where a report is submitted, you may be able to report:
- inappropriate profile images;
- inappropriate usernames or display names;
- inappropriate biographies;
- inappropriate showcase cars or photographs;
- harassment or abusive behavior;
- inappropriate car photographs;

Reports may include an optional description so that you can provide additional context.
Do not intentionally submit reports that are:
- false;
- malicious;
- retaliatory;
- repetitive without justification;
- intended to harass another user.
Submitting a report does not automatically mean that the reported person violated these Guidelines.
FormaVeloce reviews the available information before determining appropriate action.
9. Blocking Users
You may block another user if you do not want to interact with them.
Blocking may immediately:
- remove the blocked user's profile and applicable public content from your experience;
- remove existing follows between you;
- remove an existing friendship;
- remove pending friend requests;
- remove pending race invitations;
- prevent further supported social or racing interactions.
Blocking also creates moderation information for FormaVeloce to review.
Blocking does not automatically ban the other user for everyone. FormaVeloce reviews the associated moderation information and determines whether broader enforcement is justified.
Do not attempt to circumvent another user's decision to block you.
10. Review Within 24 Hours
Reports relating to objectionable content or abusive behavior are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
FormaVeloce may review relevant:
- profile information;
- photographs;
- car cards;
- race information;
- capture records;
- account records;
- reports;
- moderation history;
- anti-cheat or fraud information.
The appropriate action depends on the evidence and seriousness of the violation.
11. Enforcement Actions

- dismissing an invalid report;
- issuing a warning;
- removing or resetting an avatar;
- resetting a username;
- resetting a biography;
- removing profile content;
- hiding a showcase car card;
- removing an inappropriate car photograph;
- removing fraudulent or abusive game results;
- removing improperly obtained virtual items;
- disabling social functionality;
- temporarily suspending an account;
- permanently banning an account;
- restoring content or access where an earlier decision was incorrect.
Serious violations may result in immediate permanent removal without a prior warning.
Repeated lower-level violations may also result in escalating restrictions or account termination.
Relevant moderation or enforcement evidence may be retained where reasonably necessary for user safety, fraud prevention, appeals, disputes, enforcement, or legal compliance.
12. Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, contact:
Include:
- your username;
- relevant details;
- the action you are appealing;
- why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
FormaVeloce may review relevant account, content, report, capture, race, and moderation information when considering an appeal.
An appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed.
