1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FormaVeloce.

If you are under the age at which you may independently enter into a binding agreement in your country, you may use FormaVeloce only with any consent or permission required from a parent or legal guardian.

FormaVeloce is not directed to children under 13.

You may use FormaVeloce only where doing so is lawful.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Community Guidelines

Before registering or signing in where acceptance is required, users must affirmatively agree to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

The app may record information relating to your acceptance, including the applicable Terms version, Community Guidelines version, and acceptance timestamp.

Existing users may be required to accept the current versions before continuing to use account-based features.

FormaVeloce may require renewed acceptance when material changes are made to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or your rights and obligations.

The Privacy Policy explains how FormaVeloce processes personal information. The Privacy Policy is provided separately and is not treated as consent for processing activities that rely on another lawful basis.

3. Your Account

Some FormaVeloce features require an account.

You agree to:

• provide information that is accurate where accuracy is required;
• protect your login credentials;
• take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use of your account;
• promptly notify FormaVeloce if you believe your account has been compromised;
• not impersonate another person or organization;
• not access another user's account without permission;
• not circumvent security, moderation, account restrictions, suspensions, or bans.

FormaVeloce uses Supabase Auth for authentication. FormaVeloce does not receive or store your plain-text account password.

4. What FormaVeloce Does

FormaVeloce is a car-spotting, collecting, racing, progression, and social mobile game.

Features may include:

• photographing real cars;
• AI-generated vehicle identification;
• collectible car cards;
• garage and collection systems;
• vehicle condition, repair, and upgrade systems;
• Bolts and other virtual items;
• solo and multiplayer racing;
• achievements and events;
• friends, followers, and following;
• race invitations;
• public profiles and showcases;
• leaderboards;
• reporting and blocking tools;
• optional rewarded advertisements;
• in-app purchases.

FormaVeloce does not currently provide public comments, direct messages, or user-to-user chat.

Features, gameplay balance, vehicle values, statistics, rarity, rewards, virtual items, race values, progression systems, availability, and other game mechanics may be changed, rebalanced, limited, replaced, suspended, or removed as the service develops.

5. License to Use FormaVeloce

Subject to these Terms, FormaVeloce grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the FormaVeloce application for personal use on devices that you own or control, subject to applicable platform rules.

FormaVeloce and its application are licensed, not sold.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

• copy or redistribute the application;
• modify or create derivative works from it;
• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code;
• bypass technical restrictions or security systems;
• scrape or automatically extract information from the service;
• interfere with the normal operation of FormaVeloce.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

6. Community Guidelines

The separate FormaVeloce Community Guidelines govern user-generated content and conduct on the service and are incorporated into these Terms.

FormaVeloce has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Users must not submit or engage in content or conduct involving:

• child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors;
• pornography, sexual exploitation, or explicit sexual content;
• hate speech or discriminatory abuse;
• threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse;
• terrorism or extremist propaganda;
• encouragement or glorification of serious violence;
• gore or graphic violence;
• encouragement of suicide or self-harm;
• illegal content or facilitation of illegal conduct;
• doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of private information;
• impersonation;
• scams, spam, fraud, or deceptive promotion;
• copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement;
• abusive or offensive profile information;
• attempts to evade moderation systems.

The Community Guidelines contain additional rules relating specifically to car photography, captures, cheating, reporting, blocking, and user safety.

7. User-Generated Content

User-generated content on FormaVeloce may include:

• usernames;
• display names;
• biographies;
• avatars;
• captured car photographs;
• generated car cards;
• featured or showcased cars and photographs;
• public profile information;
• social lists where made public;
• multiplayer activity;
• private report reasons and descriptions.

You are responsible for content you submit.

You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to upload or submit your content.

Submitting content does not transfer ownership of that content to FormaVeloce.

8. License to User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content to FormaVeloce, you grant FormaVeloce a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• host;
• store;
• technically reproduce;
• process;
• classify;
• moderate;
• filter;
• transmit to service providers;
• display within FormaVeloce where applicable;
• use as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service.

This license includes processing submitted images through systems used for AI vehicle classification, safety moderation, anti-cheat checks, storage, delivery, and related app functionality.

FormaVeloce does not claim ownership of your user content.

FormaVeloce will not rely on this license as a general authorization to prominently use personally identifiable user content in external advertising. Where separate permission is appropriate for an external marketing use, FormaVeloce will seek it where reasonably required.

The license ends when the relevant content or account is deleted, except to the limited extent continued retention or processing is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, moderation, appeals, dispute resolution, backups, or other lawful purposes.

Content already copied, cached, saved, or screenshotted by another user may remain outside FormaVeloce's control.

9. Content Filtering and Automated Moderation

FormaVeloce uses automated filtering and manual moderation to reduce objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Filtering may include:

• prohibited-word and pattern checks for usernames;
• prohibited-word and pattern checks for display names;
• prohibited-word and pattern checks for biographies;
• image-safety moderation for profile avatars;
• image-safety moderation for captured car photographs;
• automated checks intended to determine whether captures are legitimate car-related images;
• anti-cheat and fraud checks.

Automated systems may reject content that appears unsafe, objectionable, fraudulent, manipulated, unrelated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Some profanity or offensive terms may be rejected automatically even where the user did not intend abuse.

Automated moderation is not perfect. Content that passes an automated check may still violate the Community Guidelines, and compliant content may occasionally be rejected incorrectly.

Users may report errors or request review through available reporting tools or by contacting support.

10. Car Photography and Personal Safety

Do not use FormaVeloce or take photographs while driving.

When using FormaVeloce, you must:

• obey road and traffic laws;
• remain aware of your surroundings;
• not interfere with traffic;
• not trespass;
• not enter restricted or private property without permission;
• comply with applicable privacy and photography laws;
• not place yourself or another person in danger.

When practical, avoid capturing:

• unrelated people;
• identifiable faces without appropriate permission;
• readable license plates where unnecessary;
• private addresses;
• private-property details;
• personal documents;
• sensitive locations;
• other sensitive or personally identifying information.

Use FormaVeloce's privacy brush where appropriate.

11. Captures and Car Cards

Submitted captures must represent legitimate car-related photographs and must not be intentionally falsified or manipulated to deceive FormaVeloce's systems.

You must not:

• upload intentionally unrelated or non-car images as captures;
• replay or reuse captures to defeat capture restrictions;
• upload stolen images for fraudulent gameplay purposes;
• materially manipulate captures to deceive identification or anti-cheat systems;
• falsify vehicle identity or statistics;
• intentionally exploit AI classification errors;
• manipulate capture quotas or rewards.

FormaVeloce may reject, remove, correct, or invalidate captures or cards where fraud, manipulation, abuse, error, or a policy violation is detected.

12. AI-Generated Results

FormaVeloce uses AI and automated systems to identify vehicles and produce gameplay information.

Generated information may include:

• manufacturer;
• model;
• trim;
• generation;
• specifications;
• performance statistics;
• rarity;
• production estimates;
• other gameplay values.

AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, estimated, or rejected.

Vehicle identification, rarity, specifications, production figures, and performance values displayed by FormaVeloce are primarily for gameplay and entertainment and should not be treated as authoritative automotive information.

Users may report incorrect results through supported reporting mechanisms.

13. Bolts and Virtual Items

FormaVeloce may provide virtual items including:

• Bolts;
• parts;
• repair kits;
• car cards;
• upgrades;
• rewards;
• badges;
• garage capacity;
• progression-related items.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items:

• have no cash value;
• are not legal tender;
• cannot be redeemed for money;
• do not represent ownership of real-world property;
• cannot be transferred outside authorized FormaVeloce functionality;
• cannot be sold or traded for real-world value through unauthorized means.

Gameplay values, rewards, rarity, upgrade costs, repair costs, availability, progression, and balance may change.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Paid Bolts and In-App Purchases

FormaVeloce may sell consumable Bolt packs through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing where available on Android.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and verified server-side before Bolts are credited.

FormaVeloce does not receive your complete payment-card information.

Prices, currencies, taxes, packages, and availability may vary by platform or region.

Refunds, unauthorized purchases, billing disputes, and store payment issues are handled under applicable Apple or Google procedures and mandatory consumer law.

If FormaVeloce receives information that a purchase has been refunded, reversed, charged back, duplicated, or fraudulently claimed, FormaVeloce may remove corresponding Bolts or virtual items and may take reasonable action against abuse.

Deleting your FormaVeloce account may permanently remove access to Bolts and other virtual items associated with that account.

Account deletion does not itself request or create a refund from Apple or Google.

15. Rewarded Advertising

FormaVeloce may offer optional rewarded advertisements, including advertisements used to obtain or multiply in-game rewards.

Reward delivery may depend on:

• ad availability;
• successful completion;
• network connectivity;
• advertising consent;
• server-side verification;
• fraud checks;
• cooldowns;
• platform restrictions.

FormaVeloce may deny a reward where completion cannot be verified or where abuse is reasonably suspected.

Rewarded advertising is optional.

16. Social and Multiplayer Conduct

FormaVeloce may include public profiles, friends, follows, race invitations, multiplayer races, showcases, leaderboards, events, and other social functionality.

You must not use these features to:

• harass or threaten another user;
• stalk or repeatedly target another user;
• engage in discriminatory abuse;
• impersonate another person;
• spam another user;
• circumvent another user's block;
• retaliate against a user for reporting or blocking you;
• exploit multiplayer systems;
• falsify race or car information;
• manipulate leaderboards or results.

Public or private visibility settings may be available for some social information.

17. Reporting

Users may report profiles, content, car cards, photographs, and multiplayer issues through supported in-app mechanisms.

Depending on context, report reasons may include:

• inappropriate avatar;
• inappropriate username or display name;
• inappropriate biography;
• inappropriate showcase content;
• inappropriate car photograph;
• harassment or abusive behavior;
• incorrect vehicle identity;
• incorrect vehicle statistics;
• other relevant violations.

Reports may include an optional description.

Users must not knowingly submit false, malicious, repetitive, retaliatory, or abusive reports.

A report does not automatically establish that a violation occurred. FormaVeloce may review relevant profile, content, race, capture, account, and moderation information before taking action.

18. Blocking

FormaVeloce allows users to block other users.

When one user blocks another, FormaVeloce may immediately:

• hide the blocked user's profile and applicable public content from the blocking user's experience;
• remove existing follows between the users;
• remove friendships between the users;
• remove pending friend requests between the users;
• remove pending race invitations between the users;
• prevent further supported social or racing interactions between them.

Blocking also creates moderation information for FormaVeloce to review.

Blocking affects the blocking user's experience and does not automatically mean that the blocked account is banned globally.

FormaVeloce separately determines whether broader enforcement is justified.

19. Moderation and 24-Hour Response Commitment

FormaVeloce has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Reports concerning objectionable user-generated content or abusive behavior will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

Appropriate action depends on the circumstances and evidence.

FormaVeloce may:

• dismiss an invalid report;
• issue a warning;
• remove or reset an avatar;
• reset an inappropriate username;
• reset an inappropriate biography;
• remove other profile content;
• hide a showcase car card;
• remove an inappropriate car photograph;
• correct or remove fraudulent game results;
• remove virtual items obtained through abuse or fraud;
• disable social functionality;
• temporarily suspend an account;
• permanently ban or terminate an account;
• restore content or account access where an enforcement decision was incorrect.

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent removal.

FormaVeloce may retain relevant evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, appeals, or enforcement.

Where required by applicable law, serious illegal conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.

20. Suspension and Termination

FormaVeloce may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms;
• violation of the Community Guidelines;
• serious or repeated abusive behavior;
• fraud;
• cheating;
• security threats;
• attempts to evade enforcement;
• unlawful use;
• platform or legal requirements.

Where appropriate, less serious violations may result in warnings or restricted functionality rather than immediate termination.

FormaVeloce may immediately terminate accounts responsible for particularly serious violations.

21. Appeals

If you believe a moderation or enforcement action was taken in error, contact:

Include your username, relevant details, and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

FormaVeloce may review relevant account, content, capture, race, report, moderation, and security information when considering an appeal.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.

22. Immediate Account Deletion

You may initiate permanent account deletion directly in the FormaVeloce app.

The deletion flow requires you to type DELETE and complete a final confirmation step intended to prevent accidental deletion.

Once finally confirmed, deletion is immediate and irreversible.

The account-deletion process is designed to:

• delete the user's Supabase authentication account;
• remove avatar files associated with the account;
• remove car-photo files associated with the account;
• delete associated profile data;
• delete associated collection and gameplay data;
• delete applicable social and racing data;
• delete other user-owned account resources through the backend deletion process;
• sign the user out;
• clear applicable local app data after successful deletion.

Deletion permanently removes access to account-associated:

• purchased Bolts;
• earned Bolts;
• progress;
• cards;
• virtual items;
• achievements;
• social data;
• account access.

These items cannot be transferred to another account merely because the original account was deleted.

Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, legal, dispute, or backup records may be retained when genuinely necessary and permitted by applicable law. Any retained information should remain limited to the legitimate purpose requiring retention.

Deletion does not remove copies, screenshots, or cached material previously saved by other users outside FormaVeloce's control.

Deleting a FormaVeloce account is not a substitute for requesting an App Store or Google Play refund.

23. Intellectual Property

FormaVeloce's application, software, branding, logos, user interface, graphics, game systems, database structures, vehicle-card presentation, original content, and related intellectual property are owned by Henri Terna or used under applicable rights or licenses.

No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms.

Vehicle names, manufacturers, logos, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

FormaVeloce is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated.

24. Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe content on FormaVeloce infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or another legal right, contact formaveloce@outlook.com.

Please provide enough information to identify:

• yourself;
• the right allegedly infringed;
• the content at issue;
• why you believe it infringes your rights;
• how FormaVeloce can contact you.

FormaVeloce may remove infringing content and may restrict or terminate accounts responsible for repeated infringement.

25. Third-Party Services and App Stores

FormaVeloce relies on third-party services for functions including:

• authentication;
• hosting;
• storage;
• AI processing;
• image-safety moderation;
• advertising;
• purchases;
• app distribution;
• app updates;
• email delivery;
• platform functionality.

Your use of FormaVeloce may therefore also be subject to applicable third-party and app-store terms.

On iOS, use of FormaVeloce is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store, Apple Media Services, and standard licensed-application terms.

On Android, use may also be subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.

You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using FormaVeloce.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

26. Service Availability and Changes

FormaVeloce may be updated, modified, rebalanced, interrupted, suspended, discontinued, or replaced.

FormaVeloce does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability;
• error-free operation;
• permanent availability of every feature;
• permanent preservation of every gameplay value;
• compatibility with every device;
• permanent availability of every region or service provider.

If FormaVeloce is permanently discontinued, virtual items will be handled subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

27. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FormaVeloce is provided "as is" and "as available."

FormaVeloce does not guarantee that:

• AI-generated vehicle information will always be correct;
• automated moderation will detect every violation;
• compliant content will never be incorrectly filtered;
• captures will always succeed;
• network services will always be available;
• rewards or advertisements will always be available;
• all data loss can always be prevented.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Henri Terna and FormaVeloce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, virtual progress, rewards, goodwill, or access.

This section does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

29. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you under mandatory consumer law.

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may have statutory rights relating to digital services, digital content, purchases, remedies, and unfair contract terms.

Where mandatory law in your country provides protections that conflict with these Terms, mandatory law prevails to the extent required.

30. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before commencing a formal dispute, you are encouraged to contact formaveloce@outlook.com so that the issue can be reviewed.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence where those protections apply.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court or authority where mandatory law gives the consumer that right.

31. Changes to These Terms

FormaVeloce may update these Terms when:

• the service changes;
• features change;
• moderation or safety systems change;
• service providers change;
• legal requirements change;
• platform requirements change.

The latest version will be published on formaveloce.com with an updated date.

Where a change is material or renewed agreement is otherwise appropriate, FormaVeloce may require affirmative acceptance before further account-based use.
